Refund Policy

Free trial

A free trial takes no payment. We collect your card when the trial starts and charge it on the day the trial ends, at the plan price shown at checkout. Cancel from your billing page at any point before that day and you are not charged. Contacts you unlocked during the trial stay yours.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are refundable in full on request if Compass is not what you expected. Request one from your billing page or by email; we reply within 5 business days.

You may also cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; you retain access to your paid features and any remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are refundable in full on request if Compass is not what you expected. Request one from your billing page or by email; we reply within 5 business days.

Where a full refund is not requested, annual subscriptions remain refundable on a pro-rated basis within 14 days of purchase, calculated as: (months remaining ÷ 12) × annual price, minus credits already spent at the per-credit rate of your plan.

Credits

Spent credits are never refundable, including credits used to unlock a contact you later determine you do not need. Unlocked contacts remain accessible permanently, including after subscription cancellation, as documented in our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

The fastest way is the "Request a full refund" link on your billing page, which sends us your account details automatically. You can also email compass@mesa.so from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request". Either way we respond within 5 business days.

Disputes & chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.

Exceptional cases

We may issue full or partial refunds outside the policy above at our discretion, including for confirmed service outages or material billing errors on our part.
