๐ค Concierge
Name someone you want to meet. We send the ask.
Every other part of Compass hands you the data and lets you act on it. Concierge is the part where a person at Mesa acts on it for you. It comes with every paid plan and it does not spend credits.
| What you do | Press "Request an intro" on someone's profile |
| What we do | Reach out ourselves, say who you are and why |
| What you get | An answer within 72 hours, yes or no |
| What it costs | One request from your monthly allowance |
Where to ask
You start from the person's page, not from the Concierge page. The button sits on their profile, next to their contact details.
You do not need to unlock them first. The whole point of an intro is that you are not the one sending the first message.
It works on anyone in the directory with a Telegram on file.

The Concierge page is where you watch requests you have already sent, and see how many you have left.
What we send
Tell us two things:
- Who you are.
- Why you want to talk to them.
That is the whole form.
We turn it into a real message from Mesa, not a template with your name pasted in. The introduction carries our name, which is why we ask you to be specific. A vague reason produces a vague ask, and a vague ask gets ignored.
| Write this | Not this |
|---|---|
| "We build custody tooling and want to know how they handle key management at their size" | "Would love to connect" |
| "Fifteen minutes to ask about their L2 roadmap" | "Explore synergies" |
| A call, a question, a partnership | A pitch |
What happens after you press it
A request moves one step at a time. It cannot skip a step.
A request cannot skip a step, and both exits stay open until it is delivered.
| State | What it means | Final? |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | We have it. Nobody has picked it up yet | no |
| Claimed | Someone at Mesa owns it and is working on it | no |
| Replied | The person has answered us | no |
| Delivered | The introduction is made. You will have an email | yes |
| Declined | They passed | yes |
| Unfulfillable | We could not reach them | yes |
| Canceled | You pulled it | yes |
Delivered is a real event, not a status someone ticks optimistically. A request cannot jump from pending straight to delivered. It has to be claimed by a named person, and that person has to record that the target actually answered, before the intro can be called made. We tightened this in August 2026 after finding deliveries recorded for people who had never replied.
You can cancel while it is pending or claimed. Once they have replied you cannot: the desk has done the work by then, and the request runs to its end.
What you get each month
| Plan | Warm intro requests / month |
|---|---|
| Free | 0 |
| Essential | 30 |
| Pro | 60 |
| Team | 250 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |
Allowances refresh monthly. They do not roll over, and they do not touch your credit balance.
When to use one, and when not to
Use one when the reply matters more than the speed: a fund partner, a founder you want a partnership with, a head of BD at a company you are selling into.
Do not use one when you already have a route. If a career timeline shows a former colleague, a shared backer, or a team you both worked on, ask that person yourself. It will be warmer than anything we can send, and it costs you nothing.
The Finding warm paths playbook covers how to spot that route.
