๐ณ Plans & Pricing
Compass has a free tier for browsing and four paid tiers for reaching people. The price per credit is the same across tiers. What changes is how many credits you get each month and which features come with them.
Plans at a glance
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Credits / month | Unlocks / month | Warm intro requests / month | Key features |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | n/a | 0 | 0 | 0 | Browse and filter only |
| Essential | $49 | $490 | 3,000 | 300 | 30 | Unlock contacts, CSV export |

Annual billing works out to roughly two months free compared with paying monthly.
What each tier includes
Free
Browse and filter the entire database. Read profiles and timelines. The Free tier starts with no monthly credits; unlocking needs a credit balance (earned via referrals or verification bonuses, or by starting a plan). A good way to see the coverage and how people connect before you commit.
Essential
For individuals and small teams getting started. Includes 3,000 credits a month, which is 300 unlocks, plus CSV export of your unlocked contacts. Also includes 30 warm intro requests and 30 Concierge lookups a month.
Pro
For active business development. Includes 6,000 credits a month, which is 600 unlocks, plus CSV export and bulk search for working through large result sets quickly. Also includes 60 warm intro requests and 70 Concierge lookups a month.
Team
For teams that want shared access. Includes 15,000 credits a month, which is 1,500 unlocks, everything in Pro, and a shared workspace. Also includes 250 warm intro requests and 300 Concierge lookups a month.
Enterprise
Not a bigger plan so much as a different arrangement. Credits run without a ceiling, so do warm intro requests and Concierge lookups, and you get a named point of contact rather than a support queue. It also opens the Lead Desk: a working CRM inside Compass, with a pipeline, a research view and per-seat access for your team, built around the accounts you are actually selling into. Pricing is custom, so get in touch.
Compass Concierge
Every paid plan includes the Concierge desk, which does two things.
- Warm intros. Mesa sends the ask to the decision makers you want to reach. We say who you are and why you want to talk, and come back to you either way within 72 hours. Each request is one outreach, written to open a conversation rather than to sell.
- Telegram lookups. Name a target we do not have yet and the research desk finds and verifies their Telegram. A verified "no public telegram" finding counts as fulfilled.
| Plan | Warm intro requests / month | Telegram lookups / month | Lookup turnaround |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | 0 | n/a |
| Essential | 30 | 30 | 5 business days |
| Pro | 60 | 70 | 3 business days |
| Team | 250 | 300 | 1 business day |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Unlimited | Priority |
The two allowances are separate, so spending your lookups still leaves your intros intact. Neither spends credits, and neither rolls over month to month.

A note on credits
Every unlock costs 10 credits regardless of plan, and unused credits roll over up to two times your monthly allowance. Contacts you unlock stay yours forever, including after a plan ends. For the full mechanics, see How Credits Work.
Developer API
The developer API spends the same credits as the app. Any account can create a key and call the free identity endpoint; data calls cost credits (5 each, 10 for a private contact reveal), so your balance must cover the call. Start with Essential ($49) for a monthly credit grant. See the Developer API section, or For AI Agents if you are wiring up an agent.
