πŸ”– Watchlists

Watchlists are the names you are tracking, sorted into private lists. Pin the teams you care about and Compass keeps you current on them.

How they work

  • Pin a project from any project page or straight from the trending table.
  • Pinned projects are grouped into private lists that only you see.
  • Create as many lists as you need, for example one per thesis, sector, or outreach campaign.

Watchlists require a free account, so sign in to start one.

What Compass surfaces for you

Once a project is on a watchlist, Compass watches it for you and surfaces movement on your Pulse home feed:

  • Mentions, when attention picks up.
  • Fundraises, when the team raises.
  • Team moves, when people join or leave.

How to use it

  • Build a list of target teams, then let team moves tell you when a new person worth reaching has joined.
  • Track funds' portfolios and react when one of their teams raises again.
  • Keep a campaign list during outreach, so every update on your targets lands in one place.

Why it matters for reaching people

People move, and every move is an opening. A founder joining a new team, a fund leading a fresh round: these are the moments a warm message lands best. Watchlists turn the teams you care about into a steady stream of reasons to reach the right person at the right time.
