๐Ÿงฐ Services

The directory of firms you can hire. Auditors, legal counsel, market makers, KYC vendors, dev shops, agencies, and the influencers who move narratives.

Everywhere else in Compass you research companies that build things. Here you research the companies that work for them. Different question, different filters.

The Services directory with the type filter open

The directory. The type filter on the left decides what kind of firm you are looking at.

Start with the type

The type filter changes the shape of everything else. Pick auditors and you get auditors. Pick influencers and you get individual voices rather than firms.

Each type shows its own live count. A type with nothing behind it is hidden, so every option in the rail returns something.

Influencers live here now. They used to have their own page. A KOL is a person you can hire to talk about your product, which makes them one type of service rather than a separate directory. The old /influencers address still works and lands you on the influencer type with the filter applied.

Then narrow it down

Filter Answers
Budget Can I afford them?
Pricing model Retainer, project, or hourly?
Engagement How do they like to work?
Availability Are they taking work right now?
Stage Do they work with teams my size?
Chain Have they shipped on my chain?
Sector Do they know my corner of crypto?
Region Will the time zones work?

Sort by team size, price, how recently they were added, or A to Z.

Reading a price

The way a price is drawn tells you where it came from.

  $8.5K-45K / mo ~$35K-175K / project EST.
  โ””โ”€ solid = the โ””โ”€ dashed = a Compass estimate from
provider's own type, team size and region.
published price Not a quote. Nobody agreed to it.

If you only want firms that have published real numbers, the banner above the results has a filter for exactly that.

Reading an influencer

Reading a voice is a different job from reading a firm. Two things matter more than reach.

Look at Why
Coverage A 30,000-follower account that only talks about restaking beats a 300,000-follower generalist, if you are a restaking protocol
Smart-account score Whether the audience is real. Check this before the follower count

Line the channels up before a launch, not after. The people who shape attention need to know your story on the day. Nobody reads a cold DM during launch week.

Reading a listing

A firm opens to the same shape as any other Compass company: what they do, who works there, who backed them, and how to reach the decision makers.

The team is the part worth reading. A twelve-person audit firm where you can see the three partners is a very different proposition from a headcount number.

If you sell services

This directory is a map of your competition. The rest of Compass is your pipeline.

The For service providers playbook covers using project data to find teams about to need what you sell.
