πΊοΈ How Compass Is Organized
Compass is built around people and the connections between them. Everything else is a way to organize people or to find the right ones faster. Once you see the shape, every tab makes sense.
The core idea
The unit that matters is the person: a founder, an operator, an allocator, the one you actually need to reach. Companies, funds, and sectors are how we group people, not the end goal. You move through Compass to arrive at a person and a warm way to reach them.
The building blocks
- People. Founders, builders, and allocators across crypto. Each has a profile with their role, social handles, follower reach where known, a verified career timeline, and the contact channels you can unlock.
- Projects. The teams and protocols people work on. A project page gathers the people behind it, its sector and stage, fundraising, and live attention signals.
- Investors. The funds. Each has a portfolio of rounds, an all-time ROI view, and the people who work there.
- Influencers. The KOLs, signal channels, and alpha accounts that move the conversation.
How they connect
This is what makes Compass more than a list. The pieces are linked, and the links are the product:
- The Network graph joins people, projects, investors, and influencers by edges. An edge is a real connection: a person works at a project, a fund backed a round, an operator moved from one team to another.
- Career timelines record where each person has worked over time, so shared history is visible.
- Warm paths read the graph to show who can introduce you to a given person.
Put together, you can start from a project and reach a person, or start from a person and find the warm route in.
Browse free, unlock with credits
- Browsing and filtering are always free, on every plan. You can see who exists, what they do, and how they connect.
- Revealing a contact's channels uses credits. Each unlock is 10 credits. Once unlocked, the contact stays yours.
